Bucks Local Plan Sites Survey
Detailed below is our response to Bucks Council's February Site survey which is now concluded.
Buckinghamshire Council launched an informal sites engagement survey on February 16, 2026, as part of the Regulation 18 Local Plan process. The survey invited comments on over 400 potentially suitable development sites identified from a review of more than 1,300 locations to meet a government-imposed target of 95,000 new homes.
